Your account

Keep your password to yourself. A shop's owner decides who joins the shop and what each person can do, and is responsible for what happens in the shop's account.

Your records

What your shop puts into Applianze is yours. You let us store and process it only to run Applianze for you. You can export your records at any time.

Texting your customers

• Text only people who agreed to hear from you, and record how they agreed. Applianze only offers texting to those numbers.
• Texts must be about the customer's service. No advertising or promotions through Applianze.
• Applianze stops texts to any number that replies STOP. Never text a number that said no some other way.
• Follow the TCPA, carrier rules and the CTIA messaging guidelines.

Free trial and plan

• A new shop's first 14 days are free, and no card is needed to start.
• After that, Applianze is a monthly plan: a price for the shop plus one for each technician or contractor on its team, shown in Settings → Plan before you add a card. When the team changes, the next bill changes with it.
• Plans are billed by Stripe, our payment processor, and renew each month until canceled. There's no contract.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan; the plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
• Without a plan (after the trial, or once a plan ends) your records stay: you can still see and export them, and changes wait until a plan starts.

Payments

Your customers pay you directly. We don't hold, move or process your money.

Help from Applianze

To help you, Applianze staff can open your shop's account and work in it as its owner could: to answer questions, fix problems, or set things up, such as a texting number. Use the Help button to reach a person.

Fair use

Don't use Applianze to break the law, send spam, or harm anyone, and don't try to reach another shop's records or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does.

The service

We work to keep Applianze fast and running. It is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Two Six Services Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what your shop paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Applianze at any time, and cancel your plan from Settings. Export your records before you go; they're yours to keep.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Using Applianze after a change means you accept it.
